This petition is filed to condone the delay of 129 days in representing the the Writ Appeal SR.

We are satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

Appellant is permitted to serve Typed Set of papers on Mr.Balan Haridas, learned counsel, who appeared for the first respondent workman in the Writ Petition.
