ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondent to register the complaint dated 10.6.2016 in C.S.R.No.444 of 2016 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint against his son alleging that his son is causing trouble to him. In this regard, the respondent police has conducted an enquiry in CSR No.444 of 2016 and the same has been closed on the undertaking given by his son that he would care of him. After giving such an undertaking, the petitioner's son is continuing to harass him.

Under such circumstances, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority under Senior Citizens Act.
