This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioner to report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders, which is imposed on Crl.M.P.No.17481 of 2022 dated 21.11.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has also been taken up in C.C.No.141 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ooty and the case now stands posted to 03.06.2023 for appearance of the accused.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate(crl.side), the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ooty, on the first working day of April, 2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
