Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to produce sureties in compliance with the order dated 03.03.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.5051 of 2022 on the file of this Hon`ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.MANOKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5051 of 2022 dated 03.03.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 31.03.2022, to the petitioners to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court. No further extension will be granted.
