The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Arbitration Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

2. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Arbitration Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court and in the event of the petitioner approaching the Civil Court, the period of pendency of this Arbitration Original Petition shall stand excluded while calculating the period of limitation. No costs.
