No.6954/A3/2012 dt 2.1.2013 of the 3rd respondent herein and set aside the same and to direct the 4th respondent to resubmit the proposal for the approval of the appointment of the petitioner which was returned by the 3rd respondent and direct the 3rd respondent to forward the same to the 1st respondent and further direct the 1st respondent to approve the petitioners appointment as Night Watchman at the 4th respondent School from the date of appointment viz. 4.10.2012 with salary and all other attendant and consequential benefits including the arrears of salary and allowances arising thereof within a time frame. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, ACJ.) Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants.

2. The writ appeal has been filed by the State challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge in directing the appellants to consider for granting approval of appointment of the writ petitioner.

3. When the writ appeal is taken up for hearing, it has been brought to the notice of this court that already approval has been accorded. In the circumstances, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that nothing survives for consideration in the writ appeal. Accordingly, the writ appeal filed by the State is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
