permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has submitted a letter, dated 17.03.2016 to the Registry and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
