CMP.No.5064 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record K.Gopal as legal heirs of the deceased second respondent/S.Kuppu Pillai as the third respondent in the second appeal, CMP.No.5069 of 2024 has been filed to amend the decree of the trial court in O.S.No.1098 of 2004 dated 23.09.2010 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Kancheepuram with regard to the extent of the suit property as 6 cents instead of 0.06 cents and CMP.No.5071 of 2024 has been filed to amend the plaint schedule with regard to the extent of the suit property as 6 cents instead of 0.06 cents.

2. Due to typographical error, the plaintiff is entitled to correct the extent at any stage.

3. There is no serious objection from Mrs.Mahamandra Rajalakshmi appearing for the respondents.

4. Consequently, the civil miscellaneous petitions are ordered.
