2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent- Corporation submitted that the order and direction has been complied with and a Resolution to that effect has been passed on 20.01.2015 bearing Resolution No.10 of 2015. From the copy of the said Resolution produced before me, it is seen that the petitioner has received the same on 15.04.2015.

3. In the light of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed.
