ORDER

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) stated that the charge sheet had been filed, application seeking cancellation of bail is not pressed and the same is therefore closed.

However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvarur, is directed to endeavour to frame charges with respect to Crime No. 03 of 2018 registered by the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tiruvarur District and after charges are framed, since it is informed that there are 60 prosecution witnesses, the learned Magistrate, Tiruvarur, may endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
