2. Mrs.Elizabeth Ravi, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 3.
3. Mr.B.Siva Kollappan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of 3rd respondent/Insurance Company.
4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the delay of 814 days is condoned, subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 814 days, in both the appeals.
5. CMP Nos.12818 & 12821 of 2021 are ordered, accordingly.
6. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals, if they are otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
7. Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
