Taking note of the fact that the Writ Petitioner has already preferred a Review Application, against the order in W.P.No.7680 of 2010 dated 27.09.2016 and as the same was dismissed on 22.11.2018, against which the present Appeal has been preferred with a delay of 437 days, this petition is allowed and the delay of 437 days in preferring the Appeal is condoned.
