Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the issue of the order dated nil.09.2015 issued in proceedings bearing Naka No.723/2015/Vuva/3 in claiming that the petitioner company had not been selected as L1 and as such earnest money deposit at Rs.1 Lakh is refunded etc by The Tamil Nadu Cooperative Marketing Federation Limited, Functioning at No.91, St.Marys Road, Chennai - 600 018 represented by its Managing Director the 1st respondent herein and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to extend the contract to the petitioner to serve as a handling and transport contractor for the Salem region as he is successful and L1 in the said tender.

O R D E R

Having heard Mr. P.Balamurugan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Sanjay, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, the other respondent being called absent, I am of the conceded view that nothing survives in this matter. The prayer is for quashing of order dated nil.09.2015 in Na.Ka.No.723/2015/Vuva3 which relates to auction conducted by the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Marketing Federation Limited and the continuance of the contract is itself only for 1 year.

2. Recording this, this Writ Petition is closed. No Costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
