ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish thE respondent for his willful disobedience is not complying with the order dated 28.08.2019 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23169 of 2019.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur against two accused persons for offences under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) further submitted that the final report is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the above development, the Contempt Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, to act upon the final report within a period of four weeks.
