(CR.NO.94/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time period to production of sureties granted in Crl.O.P NO.24491/2021 by this Hon`ble Court on 16.12.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.ANBARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.BALAMURUGANE, Public Prosecutor for Puducherry on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24491 of 2021 dated 16.12.2021 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already been deposited the conditional amount of Rs.20,000/-, however, he was not able to execute the sureties before the concerned Court within the time prescribed. Hence, he seeks extension of time.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time is extended till 08.04.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court. No further extension will be granted.
