Respondent Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to consider the representation given by the Petitioner dated 07.11.2023 for execution lease deed in favour of Petitioner for the property comprised in T.S. No. 1569/1 and 1569/2 measuring extent of 1.28 acres situated at Nagoor Municipality Nagapattinam District.

When it was pointed out that the concerned Waqf has not been made as party, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to 1/3

withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to make a fresh representation to the concerned Waqf, and depending upon its outcome, work out his remedies before proper forum in the manner recognized by law and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
