The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that already all the petitioners were included in the panel for promotion to the post of Assistant in the year 2015 itself and subsequently, they were promoted to the post of Assistant.

Recording the said submission, all the Writ Petitions are closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to cost.
