ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 06.12.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.17308 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.NO.27681 of 2024 that the para no.3 the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.10(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27681 of 2024 dated 05.11.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.17308 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27681 of 2024 dated 06.12.2024 is relaxed.
