2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in Paragraph No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1516 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025, is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
