O R D E R

The Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.NO.13738 of 2017 dated 11.08.2018.

2. This Court passed the following orders:

"6.In this view of the matter all the revenue proceedings in respect of the claim of the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent including the impugned order dated 31.03.2017 are kept in abeyance till the conclusion of the civil litigation between the parties. After the conclusion of the civil litigation, the respective parties are at liberty to file an application for grant of patta or otherwise in accordance with the procedures contemplated under the law.

7.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed."

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent drawn the attention of this Court by stating that the Civil Suit filed in C.S.No.235 of 2016, is still pending and yet to be disposed of.

4. This Court passed an order keeping all the revenue proceedings and impugned order, in abeyance till the conclusion of the Civil Litigation. In view of the fact that the Civil Suit between the parties is still

pending, the contempt filed by the petitioner is absolutely misconceived and there is no basis for any such contempt.
