ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) When we expressed our view that the interim relief sought, viz. stay of the order of the learned Single Judge, cannot be granted, Mr.Parasaran states that appellant would take out fresh applications for interim reliefs and also serve a copy thereof upon respondents before the end of this week.

2. If the respondents wish to file any reply, they may do so by filing an affidavit and serving a copy thereof on applicant on or before by 12 noon on 07.03.2025.

3. Both counsel state that on 03.03.2025, they will request the learned Single Judge to defer the matters by two weeks.

4. Mr.Hameed states that this concession recorded should not be extended to O.P.Nos.521 & 522 of 2022.

5. Stand over to 10.03.2025 for directions, on which date, if the interim applications, as noted above, are filed, the interim applications will be taken up for hearing.
