ORDER

It is submitted that a letter has been issued to the petitioner dated 9.6.2016, which reads as follows : "In the reference first cited, you have requested to issue no objection certificate for the land in survey No.331/1C, extent 0.82.0 hectares land in Kalapatty Village, Coimbatore District.

In this regard, it is informed that as per the orders of Supreme Court in SLP.No.14582 to 14634 dated 19.9.2012 and High Court order in W.A.422/ 11 dated 14.9.2011, as of now, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ there is no land acquisition proceedings pending in Tamil Nadu (2)

RS Housing Board against the survey No.331/1C of Kalapatti Village, Coimbatore District."

2. It has to be pointed out that this communication is to be treated as a no objection certificate in view of the fact that the respondent Board has lost before all forums including the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3. Therefore, the communication dated 9.6.2016 is directed to be treated as a no objection certificate and the petitioner is entitled to deal with the property in her individual right. b

4. With the above observation, the above contempt petition is closed.
