ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners.

2. The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Rasipuram, to dispose of I.A.(SR).No.838 of 2023 in I.A.No.33 of 2018 in O.S.No.303 of 2008, which is allegedly filed under Order IX Rule 7 CPC.

3. According to the learned counsel for the revision petitioners that I.A.SR.No.838 of 2023 was absolutely filed and returned with some objections and ultimately, it is stated to have been re-submitted on 27.02.2023 and subsequently, it was not taken up for hearing.

4. Considering the said circumstances explained, the learned Subordinate Judge, Rasipuram, is directed to take up I.A.(SR).No.838 of 2023 on file and number the same, in case, if it is not already numbered and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. 2/4

5. With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
