Crl.M.P.No.4224 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.4224 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25601 of 2021 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN.J, This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to extend the time to execute own bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) and two sureties for the like sum, before the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25601 of 2021, dated 03.01.2022.

2. This Court on 03.01.2022, while modifying the bail condition to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner should submit an own bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) and two sureties for the like sum to be produced and finally two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to execute the sureties.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the above stated condition was not complied by the petitioner.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states the petitioner is a poor villager and he had worked as daily wages, hence he could not mobilize funds within the prescribed time due to which, the time limit lapsed.
