Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the Petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.1098/2021 dated 04.02.2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.THENRAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KRITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1098 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148 and 307 of IPC and subsequently altered into 302 of IPC, in Crime No.1011 of 2020, while granting bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
