For Petitioner : Mr.G.Punniakoti For Respondent : Mr.K.Rajkumar Standing Counsel COMMON ORDER These Contempt Petitions have been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 25.08.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.16861, 16863, 16862, 16860 & 16865 of 2012 respectively, thereby directed the respondents to treat the petitioners' service as Helper from the date of their appointment with all monitory and service benefits.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents
submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent has approved to treat the petitioners' service as Helper from the date of their initial appointment. He also produced a copy of the letter dated 23.07.2024 sent by the second respondent in this regard, before this Court. 3.
