The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent police to execute the conviction warrant 1 / 4

issued against the second respondent by the learned Fast Track Metropolitan Magistrate No.III, Saidapet, Chennai, in C.C.No.3582 of 2019. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the conviction warrant has been duly executed against the second respondent/accused and that he was arrested on 23.02.2026. He further submitted that the second respondent/accused is being produced before the Fast Track Metropolitan Magistrate Court No.III, Saidapet, Chennai, today.

Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
