This Writ Petition is heard through Video Conference on account of COVID-19 pandemic situation.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry and issue the Legal Heir Certificate on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 10.10.2013

3. There is no representation for the petitioner even today either in person or through counsel.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents represents that today, a fresh legal heirship certificate bearing No.TN-720200924214, dated 24.09.2020, was issued favouring Valliyammal, Devaki, Amudha, Elumalai and Kumar.
