Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to surrender and execute the sureties imposed by this Hon`ble court by an order made in Crl.O.P.No.25191 of 2021 dated 06.01.2022 and pass such other suitable orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.MUTHUKUMARASAMY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25191 of 2021 dated 06.01.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 01.04.2022, to the petitioner to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court. No further extension will be granted.
