.. Respondent Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act is filed to issue notice to the contemnor and punish her for having willfully disobeyed the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.24415 of 2015 dated 09.09.2014.

ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent police along with the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) are present.
2.The Contempt petition is filed stating that the order dated 09.09.2014 made in Crl.OP.No.24415 of 2014
thereby directing the respondent police to treat the complaint dated 30.07.2014 as Section 161 statement of the complainant in Crime No.128 of 2014 and to proceed further in accordance with law is not complied with.
3.Whereas, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) representing the respondent police now brought it to the notice of this Court that the order of this Court dated 09.09.2014 has been complied with by treating the complaint dated 13.07.2014 as Section 161 Cr.P.C. statement on 03.10.2014 and the investigation is in progress. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) also produced the original CD file for perusal of this Court. In that event, this Court is of the view that no act of contempt arises herein.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would at this juncture submit that time limit for completing the investigation may be specified by this Court. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would express difficulty in doing so because other counter cases and anticipatory bail petition by the petitioner in the connected matters are pending.
5.In view of the same, this Court is inclined to close this contempt petition, by recording the presence of the respondent police and the statement so made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) and by directing the
respondent police to proceed further with the investigation and to complete the same without any unnecessary delay. 6.With the above direction, the contempt petition is closed.
