This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to take cognizance of the offences upon the complaint dated 16.08.2021 and direct the second respondent to investigate and register FIR on the above said complaint.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.08.2021, a case has been registered in Crime No.179 of 2022 for the offence under Section 406 and 420 of IPC.
