ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 1.3.2016 in W.P.No.3850 of 2016, directed the respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 2.12.2015, by affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as to the third respondent in that writ petition and other necessary parties, if any and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt

of a copy of that order. Alleging that the said order has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as per the direction of this Court, the respondent herein has passed an order dated 27.4.2016 on the representation of the petitioner dated 2.12.2015. He has also produced a copy of the said order.

3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, I am of the opinion, nothing survives in this contempt petition and hence, the contempt petition is closed.
