The notice issued by the 2nd respondent on 10.07.2013 is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that in response to the impugned notice that 10.07.2013, the petitioner submitted a detailed reply on 22.07.2013. He further state that it would suffice if the respondents are directed to consider the reply and take a decision.

3. In view of the limited submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider the reply submitted by the writ petitioner on 22.07.2013, in response to the impugned notice dated 10.07.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
