This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the Order dated 03.05.2018 passed in I.A.No.6512 of 2018 in O.S.No.1442 of 2018 on the file of the XVIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, (Vacation Judge) at Chennai.

2. When the matter was listed on 23.04.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 29.04.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 29.04.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
