Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ or order of direction or any other Writ in the nature Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the demand notice issued by the 1st respondent dated 22.05.2012 in Na.Ka.No.3 of 2009 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to assess the vacant land tax in accordance with law.
