The 1st respondent herein had issued an impugned order for closing down the TASMAC Shop bearing Shop No.637, functioning at No.37, Tamil Nadu Housing Board Commercial Complex, Ashok Nagar, Chennai.

2.Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that as per the written instructions, the TASMAC Shop bearing Shop No.637, was already closed on 01.09.2018. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present Writ Petition.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
