(Order of the Court was made by S.Manikumar,J) On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner would challenge the order made in I.A.No.758/2017 in S.A.No.148 of 2017, dated 19/4/2017, before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, authority provided under Section 20 of the Recovery of Debts & Bankruptcy Act, 1993. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Placing on record the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. Interim order, granted on 4/5/2017, is vacated.
