ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.01.2026 in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this court.

2.The petitioner claims that the land, morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, absolutely belongs to him. He claims that without issuing any notice to the petitioner, the respondents are attempting to acquire the land belonging to the petitioner. In such circumstances, the petitioner had given a representation on 07.01.2026 to the respondents. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Ms.S.Indhu Bala, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2026, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
