O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for early disposal of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.52 of 2006 in O.S.No.127 of 1997 pending on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chidambaram.

2. From a perusal of the docket entries, it could be seen that the Execution Petition is pending from 25.04.2013.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents have failed to deliver possession of the suit property for a long time, and the matter is being prolonged for a long time on one pretext or the other and also on account of death of the parties. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner requests that the Execution Petition may be disposed of at the earliest.

4. Admittedly, It is seen that the delivery has been ordered by the Execution Court. However, considering the long pendency, this Court issues a direction to the II Additional District and Sessions Judge,

Chidambaram, to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.52 of 2006 in O.S.No.127 of 1997, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
