Ma. No.2/2022-2023 dated 21.12.2022 in bringing the property belonging to the petitioners property for auction, situated at, Palladam Taluk, Palladam Sub Registration District, Tirupur District Ka.Sa.337/3 Ka.Pu.A 3.30 Rs.1.77 to an extent of Pu.He to an extent of 1954.2 sq.ft land consist of building two floors of 990 sq.ft. each with present Sub Division Ka Sa 337/3t 337u and quash the same.

Since both the petitioners are appellants before the Tribunal / the Principal District Judge, Tiruppur, and no disclosures relating to those appeals have been made in the present writ petitions, I am of the view that these writ petitions are to be dismissed in limine and I do so.

Incidentally, it has been brought to my notice that the Tribunal has reserved the appeals for judgment and listed the same for pronouncement on 06.04.2023.
