ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation" by an order dated 12.01.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.864 of 2026.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing today, it is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent that the petitioner has not even a single day comply the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 12.01.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.864 of 2026 and without complying the conditions, the petitioner has now approached this Court seeking relaxation of the aforesaid condition. Hence, she prays to dismiss the same.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am of the view that, the petitioner shall continue the conditions as ordered by this Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.864 of 2026 dated 12.01.2026.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 25.02.2026 ssi To:
