This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court on 30.10.2015 in Crl.OP.No.24026 of 2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, Mr.T.Ravichandran, Inspector of Police, Kaveripattinam Police Station, Krishnagiri District, is present.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.468 of 2015 and the same has been closed on 12.06.2016. A copy of the closure report and the statement given by Marimuthu, the petitioner herein, is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
