The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 08.01.2025 passed in IA.No.13 of 2024 in OS.No.7137 of 2021, on the file of the VII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Mr. D.Gopal, Government Advocate takes notice for the District Collector, Chennai, as the prayer sought for in IA.No.13 of 2024 is for a direction to the District Collector to depute official to produce the certified copy of the allotment order, along with area sketch in relation to the suit property.

3. The matter is posed on 05.03.2025 for continuation of D.W.1's evidence. The matter shall be adjourned to 12.03.2025, on which date, the official from the District Collector's Office shall be present with the requisite documents. The document shall be marked on the very same day and the officials presence shall be dispensed with. 2/5

4. The Civil Revision Petition is allowed on consent. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
