O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for having committed wilful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.3275 of 2010 on 27.2.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for 1st respondent and learned Government Advocate appearing for 2nd respondent.

3. It is submitted by the learned Assistant Solicitor General that WA SR has been filed as against the order passed in Writ Petition, which is pending at S.R. Stage.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Solicitor General, the contemp petition is closed .

However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedies before appropriate forum.
