(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking to accept the cause title in the above Writ Appeal.

2. Heard Mr.D.Soundar Raj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/ appellant, who submitted that the 1st respondent department is renamed as Animal Husbandry, Dairying, Fisheries and Fishermen Welfare Department and the 2nd respondent's office is relocated to No.571, Anna Salai, Saidapet Veterinary Hospital Campus, Nandanam, Chennai 600 035 and hence, the cause title of the appeal needs modification.

3. Mr.M.Shahjahan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection in ordering this petition.

4. In view of the change in the name as well as the address of the respondents, this petition to accept the cause title, is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the case papers. [R.M.D., J.] [M.S.Q., J.] gya 12.03.2024 R. MAHADEVAN, J.
