Seeking leave to sue the respondent, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2.The applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for recovery of money. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent was employed at Chennai with the applicant. During his employment with the applicant, certain goods have been sold without authorisation. The respondent has also agreed to repay the said amount. It is also indicated in the resignation letter given by the respondent. Thus it is clear that the entire cause of action has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted. 01.09.2016 mmi
