This application has been filed by the applicants/defendants to pass an order to raise the order of attachment dated 08.12.2006 made in Application No.4487/2006 in C.S No.814 of 2006 so as to enable the respondent to execute the Deed of Release of Mortgage of the schedule property being Item No.2 property specified in the Mortgage Deed dated 27.06.2005, registered as Doc.No.755/2005, in the office of S.R.O, T.N.Palayam.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent / plaintiff has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of no objection given by the respondent/plaintiff in allowing this application and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.
