2. In the affidavit filed in support of the said application, it had been stated that the suit summons was served in November 2019 and the written statement should have been filed on or before 17.12.2019. It was stated that the issue had been taken up with Sun Music Entertainment India Private Limited and S.P.I. Music Limited and there were also E-mail and Telephonic exchange of information during the months of November and December 2019. In the middle of this, the Director of the Company are also fell ill.

3. In view of all these reasons, there has been a delay of 37 days in filing the written statement.
