Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the third respondent resulting into the letter of the withdrawal of the completion certificate vide impugned order in Letter No. 3609/PIA/Pdy/EE(E)/Pack-12/2021-22/19 dated 18.02.2022 and quash the same and consequentially with a direction to the third respondent to comply with the orders passed by this Court in W.P. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the Letter No. 3609/PIA/Pdy/EE(E)/Pack-12/2021-22/19 dated 18.02.2022 on the file of the third respondent and for consequential direction to the third respondent to comply with the orders passed by this Court in W.P. No. 10598 of 2021, dated 08.07.2021.

2. Though this Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings dated 18.02.2022, thereby, for withdrawal of the completion certificate issued by the third respondent, the petitioner has initiated aribitral proceedings and issue is maintained before the Arbitrator.
