ORDER

This writ petition has been filed questioning a tender notification issued in Na.Ka.No.6904/2018/E-1 dated 28.12.2018.

2.The said tender is with respect to laying of road. It is contended that pursuant to the tender notification, a contractor was appointed, work order was issued, the work had been executed and completed and the general public are using the road. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
